INTRODUCTION
At COP21 in 2015, countries around the world made a collective commitment to take decisive action in limiting global warming to 1.5°C by 2050. Scientific evidence shows that to ensure the achievement of this goal requires a halving of carbon emissions by 2030. In order to promote mutual understanding among young talents worldwide, drive innovation and progress, and collectively work towards the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), the World Young Scientists π Community, in collaboration with several other organizations, proposes to hold the "2023 Youth Climate Action Forum and 2023 Global Roundtable for Young Scientist Scholars" in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province on November 11-12, 2023. This forum will serve as a central event of the 2023 World Young Scientist Summit (WYSS 2023).
The upcoming forum will bring together experts from the fields of green energy, low-carbon, climate change and sustainable development. Through cross-regional, cross-disciplinary, and cross-generational collaboration, the participants are going to actively explore new opportunities to address climate challenges and provide suggestions for creating a green and sustainable future. Participation in this forum will open up new channels of cooperation between young scientific and technological professionals from different countries. It aims to open up the cooperation channels between young scientific and technological workers from all countries, promote international scientific and technological cooperation, enhance scientific and technological innovation capabilities, strengthen the exchange of scientific and technological talents, promote the exchange of scientific and technological talents, and play an active role in promoting green and low-carbon responses to climate challenges and achieving the SDGs.
